Glen Haven is a restored logging village along the shores of Lake Michigan, part of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.  The entire town is part of the park and has no businesses or accommodations in town, but Glen Arbor is just a few miles east and Empire is 6 miles south of Glen Haven.
The restored town hosts the Glen Haven General Store, Glen Haven Blacksmith Shop, Cannery Boathouse Museum and the Sleeping Bear Point Coast Guard Station Maritime Museum
.

The DH Day Campground is just a mile east toward Glen Arbor.
